Booking Questions

There are no times showing for today – what does this mean?
If there are no available times listed, the field is fully booked for that day. Keep checking — cancellations can free up new slots.

What times can I visit?
The field is open daily from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM. All visits must be pre-booked and paid for in advance. You’ll have exclusive access during your reserved slot.

How far in advance can I book?
Slots can be booked months in advance and up to one hour before your desired time, subject to availability.

How do I book and pay?
All bookings must be made online using a debit or credit card. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a unique PIN code to access the facility.

I’m having trouble opening the lock with the code provided.

Can a group of us visit on one booking?
Absolutely! Group visits are welcome as long as all dogs are covered under the booking. Please note the car park holds up to 3 vehicles.

What’s the maximum number of dogs I can bring?
The booking covers up to 4 dogs. You may add up to 4 more (8 total) for an additional fee. Ensure you have adequate supervision for all dogs.

Can I amend my booking?
You can amend your booking up to 24 hours before your session. While we don’t offer cancellations, you’re welcome to reschedule to any available time slot.

Can I add an extra dog to my booking later?
Yes. Follow the instructions in your confirmation email to update your booking and pay the additional fee.

What if I arrive late?
You must still leave at your scheduled end time, as another user may be booked immediately after your slot.

General Questions

Can I bring a picnic?
Yes, feel free to use the picnic benches onsite. Please dispose of all rubbish in the bins provided to help keep the park clean.

Are there lights at the field?
No, the field is not lit. We recommend booking earlier time slots during winter months for adequate visibility.

Is there shelter for bad weather?
Yes, we have a small shelter to protect you and your dog from the elements during your visit.

My dog has poor recall — can we still visit?
Absolutely! Woof Land is the perfect space for off-lead time and recall training in a safe, secure environment.

Will there be other dogs in the field during our visit?
No, the field is booked for your exclusive use. You’re welcome to invite friends and their dogs, but only your group will be present.

What’s your policy on dog poo?
If you see it, please pick it up — even if it’s not your dog’s. Bags and bins are provided to help keep the field clean and enjoyable for everyone.

How big is the field?
The park spans approximately 2 acres of secure space for your dogs to roam, play, and train.

Is there parking available?
Yes, there’s an onsite car park with space for up to 3 vehicles.

Are there toilet facilities?
No, there are currently no public toilets at the site.
